What Matters Most is a mobile Occupational Therapy provider, servicing the Yarra Valley and surrounding suburbs.
Our mission
At What Matters Most Occupational Therapy we strive to support individuals of all ages to reach the goals that matter most to them. Through evidence based practice, we support clients in their natural environments to support them to live the lives they want to live. We understand every client is unique and has individual needs and we pride ourselves on providing holistic care to promote best outcomes. We are client centred, goal driven ,adaptable and collaborative to ensure every client is supported in a way that suits their individual needs.
Our team
Caitlin O'Donnell
Director/ Occupational Therapist
Caitlin graduated from university with a Masters of Occupational therapy Practice. She has over 8 years experience, working with a diverse range of clients in the education and private health care sectors. Caitlin specialises in working with neurodiverse children and adults to support them to thrive in their kindergarten, school, workplace, home or other environments that a person engages in. Through neurodiversity- affirming practice, Caitlin prides herself on celebrating individual strengths and putting her client and their families at the centre of her intervention.
Through her work, Caitlin has developed strong skills in communication and collaboration with her clients and other relevant stakeholders, supporting families to navigate the complexities of the NDIS, completing assessment and reports and providing ongoing intervention to promote independence and an increase in quality of life.
Caitlin is extremely dedicated to supporting people with the things that matter most to them. She believes in the importance of client centred care, being able to be flexible and adapt to each environment and client, collaboration with clients, their families and other stakeholders and being goal driven.
When Caitlin is not supporting people within the community, she is kept very busy by her two small children ensuring they are engaging in what matters most to them.
